Communicating Conservation
My passion for outreach and community building reach both the inside and outside the museum. See a few of my recent projects below.

William Way LGBT Community Center
William Way LGBT Community Center is a not-for-profit organization that has supported the LGBTQ community in Philadelphia since 1974. In addition to providing resources & peer counseling, they also house a library, archives, & art collection. In the winter of 2023, I worked in collaboration with the Director of the John J. Wilcox Jr. Archives, John Anderies, to rehouse the three-dimensional objects in their art collection in preparation for a large-scale move. This project taught me the impact of collections care activities and gave me an opportunity to create my own self-driven project within my local community.

Designing Conservation Resources
I have designed several digital resources aimed at teaching the general public methods for storing and caring for their personal collections. These resources were created for the Community Conservation Initiative and the Queer Stories Preservation Project.
